Where do you ship

We offer free standard shipping to valid delivery addresses in the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

How long does delivery take

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Estimated carrier transit takes 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

What is the order cutoff

The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed after that time begin processing on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal public holidays.

Can I cancel or change an order

Contact support@woveneasehome.com as soon as possible. Cancellation, address changes, and other order changes are available only before shipment.

What is the return period

You may request an authorized return within 30 days after delivery. After authorization, hand the return to the designated carrier within 14 days.

Do I need the original packaging

No. Original packaging is not required. Reasonable opening and inspection are allowed. Please return all supplied parts and keep the product in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Who pays return and exchange shipping

We pay authorized return shipping and approved exchange shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.

What if my order is damaged incomplete or incorrect

Email support@woveneasehome.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number, an explanation, and clear photographs when available.

Are any products final sale

We do not designate merchandise as final sale. Gift cards are not returnable. We do not sell customized products.
