Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from WovenEase Home at https://woveneasehome.com. The seller is THREAD POP LLC.

Product information

We describe products using information reasonably available to us. Colors may vary slightly because of lighting and display settings. Dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices taxes and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. The payment method must be authorized before the order can be accepted. We do not store complete card numbers directly.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. A canceled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free to valid U.S. delivery addresses accepted at checkout. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, transit is estimated at 3 to 5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days.

Cancellations and changes

You may request cancellation, an address correction, or another order change by contacting support@woveneasehome.com. Requests can be processed only before shipment.

Returns exchanges and refunds

You may request an authorized return within 30 days after delivery and must hand the product to the designated carrier within 14 days after authorization. Original packaging is not required, reasonable opening and inspection are allowed, and no restocking fee applies.

We pay authorized return and approved exchange shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may need an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Gift cards are not returnable. We do not designate merchandise as final sale and do not sell customized products.
